Prospeo Pricing (2026): Plans, Credits and What Your Team Really Pays

Prospeo pricing in September 2026: Free, then $49, $99 or $249 per user a month. How credits work, the rollover catch, add-ons and what a team really pays.
Benjamin Douablin Benjamin Douablin July 4, 2026 (Updated October 1, 2026)

Prospeo is a B2B contact data tool. It offers people and company search, an email finder, a mobile finder, an API and a Chrome extension, all running on its own database.

Prospeo pricing works per user, per month, in credits. Free costs $0, and the paid plans cost $49, $99 or $249 a month per user (September 2026).

The grid changed after December 2025. Some pricing pages still show the old one, so the numbers you find online often don't match the current plans.

This guide covers the current plans, how credits get spent, whether credits roll over, add-on credits, what a team really pays and how Prospeo compares on cost.

One disclosure: FullEnrich competes with Prospeo. I'll also show where Prospeo is the cheaper choice.

Key Takeaways
  • Prospeo has four plans in September 2026: Free (100 credits a month), Starter $49, Growth $99 and Pro $249, all per user per month. Yearly billing takes 25% off.
  • An email costs 1 credit, a mobile number costs 10, and a lookup that finds nothing costs 0.
  • The 2026 relaunch cut Starter's price per credit by 37%, kept Growth flat and raised Pro's by 67%.
  • Prospeo's pricing page gives two different rollover answers, depending on the version you see. Its help center says unused credits expire. Get the answer in writing before a yearly plan.
  • For one user, Prospeo is about 2x to 3x cheaper than FullEnrich at list price. But it bills per seat: a 5-person team needing 2,000 credits a month pays $245 on Prospeo (for 10,000 pooled credits) vs $104 on FullEnrich. At 5,000 credits, it's $245 vs $255.

How much does Prospeo cost in 2026?

Prospeo costs $0 on Free, then $49, $99 or $249 a month per user on Starter, Growth and Pro. On yearly billing, those drop to $37, $74 and $187 a month (September 2026).

Every paid plan is priced per user. So the card price is per seat, and a team pays it once per user.

Yearly billing takes 25% off and delivers the full year of credits upfront. Here's the grid on Prospeo's pricing page in September 2026:

There's no Enterprise card. For higher usage, the page sends you to sales.

What do you get on the Prospeo Free plan?

You get 100 credits a month with no time limit. Prospeo's help center calls it "A limited plan to explore the platform."

Free has hard limits. You can select 25 rows at a time, there's no CSV enrichment, and the pricing table shows "No access" for the Enrich and Search APIs.

The small allowance has a side effect. One G2 reviewer put it bluntly: "Free plan limited impossible to know if they cover a company without paying".

What do Starter, Growth and Pro add?

Starter adds CSV and API enrichment, basic integrations (everything except CRM), roles and permissions, 2FA and 20,000-row selection.

Growth adds native HubSpot and Salesforce sync, CRM enrichment, job change tracking, ICP detection and priority support.

Pro adds all 41 filters, 12 intent topics and the highest API rate limits.

Prospeo's pricing FAQ says every plan connects to Clay, Zapier, Outreach, Lemlist and CSV export, while its help center lists basic integrations from Starter.

What changed in Prospeo pricing in 2026?

Sometime after December 2025, Prospeo replaced its old grid with plans priced per user. The price per credit went down on Starter, stayed flat on Growth and went up on Pro.

From May 2024 to December 2025, the pricing page showed this:

  • Starter: $39 a month for 1,000 credits
  • Growth: $99 a month for 5,000 credits
  • Pro: $199 a month for 20,000 credits
  • Business: $369 a month for 50,000 credits
  • Free: 75 credits a month

The new grid prices each seat. Starter now gives 2,000 credits per user, Growth 5,000 and Pro 15,000. Free went up to 100 credits. Business is no longer listed.

Per credit, the plans moved in opposite directions:

  • Starter: 3.90 cents down to 2.45 cents, 37% cheaper.
  • Growth: 1.98 cents, unchanged.
  • Pro: 1.00 cent up to 1.66 cents, 67% more expensive.

Pro buyers lost the most. The old Pro bought 20,000 credits for $199. Today, 15,000 credits cost $249 per seat.

There's no public switch date. In early 2026, the pricing page carried a banner reading "Prospeo Launch offer: 20% LIFETIME before February."

Some pricing pages still quote the 2024-2025 grid. If you see $39 or $369, you're reading the old prices.

How do Prospeo credits work?

A verified email costs 1 credit. A mobile number costs 10 credits and comes with the email for free. A lookup that finds nothing costs 0.

Here's the credit table from Prospeo's help article, How Prospeo Credits Work (June 2026):

Action

Credits

Reveal or enrich a verified email

1

Reveal or enrich a mobile number (email included)

10

Company enrichment

1

Search API, per page of up to 25 results

1

Re-enrich the same record within 90 days

0

No result found

0

The no-charge rule is plain: "You are only charged when a valid result is returned." The same goes for a company that can't be matched.

One G2 reviewer wrote that "you only pay for verified results, and there's no charge for failed lookups."

Which actions spend credits without you noticing?

Adding leads to a list and exporting to CSV both spend credits. Each one reveals the available emails at 1 credit per email found.

Pushing leads to an external workflow works the same way. If no email is found, the export costs 0.

Browsing, filtering and viewing search results are free. Spending starts when contact data shows up.

So a big export is also a big credit spend. One G2 reviewer warns that "credits can go faster than expected when running large bulk enrichment jobs, so it's worth planning list sizes ahead of time."

Do you pay again to re-enrich the same contact?

Not within 90 days. Re-enriching the same lead or company inside that window is free.

After 90 days, it costs credits again. If you refresh old records, budget for paying twice.

Is 10 credits for a mobile number too much?

It's the same rate FullEnrich charges: 10 credits per mobile. On Starter monthly, that works out to $0.245 per mobile at Prospeo (September 2026).

One reviewer still suggested that "the phone number credit could be improved by lowering it to around 5 credits per phone number."

If you mostly need mobiles, think in tens. Starter's 2,000 credits cover 200 mobiles per user a month.

Do Prospeo credits roll over?

Not according to Prospeo's help center, which says unused credits expire. The pricing page is less clear: it shows two different answers, depending on the version you get.

The three statements read:

  • Pricing page, version A (September and October 2026): each paid card says "Unused credits rollover". The FAQ adds: "Credits roll over and if anything is unused, it will be added to your next billing cycle."
  • Pricing page, version B (October 2026): "Credits reset on renewal and do not roll over."
  • Help center (June and August 2026): "No. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and your balance resets." For yearly plans: "Unused credits expire at the end of your yearly billing cycle."

For history, the 2024-2025 FAQ said: "Unfortunately, we do not offer credit rollovers at this time."

Expired credits raise your real price. Say you're on Starter monthly and use half your credits. Then 1,000 credits expire each month, and you pay $0.0490 per credit used instead of $0.0245.

Until the pricing page settles on one answer, ask Prospeo to confirm rollover in writing before you pay for a yearly plan. Yearly plans deliver all their credits upfront, so a yearly buyer has the most to lose.

What do Prospeo add-on credits cost?

Add-ons start at 500 credits for $10 a month, or $0.02 per credit. The price falls to $0.01 per credit at 300,000 credits (September 2026, monthly billing).

Prospeo monthly add-on credit table, September 2026 Prospeo's add-on credit table, monthly billing (September 2026).

The pricing FAQ tells a different story. It says add-ons start "at 1,000 credits for $10". The add-on table prices 1,000 credits at $20. Go by the add-on table shown in your account.

Prospeo's add-on help article (August 2026) lists them:

  • Recurring: an add-on is "a recurring subscription added to your billing cycle". There are no one-time purchases.
  • One tier: only one add-on tier can be active at a time.
  • Shared: the whole team shares add-on credits.
  • No rollover: "Add-on credits do not roll over."
  • Billing switch: move from monthly to yearly, or back, and your add-on credits are lost immediately.
  • Auto-upgrade: when remaining credits drop below 10%, an auto-upgrade add-on jumps to the next tier. Prospeo's own warning: "Use with caution".

Add-ons are for paid plans only.

Even the smallest add-on tier ($0.0200 per credit) costs less per credit than Starter on monthly billing ($0.0245). Prospeo still says: "In most cases, upgrading to a higher plan is more cost-effective than purchasing an add-on for the same number of credits." Price both before you buy.

What will Prospeo pricing cost your team per month?

Multiply the plan price by your seats. Every seat is billed, and each seat adds its plan credits to one shared team pool.

You can add seats mid-cycle. Prospeo bills and credits them pro-rated to the day.

How do you estimate your monthly Prospeo bill?

Count the credits you need, pick the plan that covers them per seat, then multiply by seats.

Take a hypothetical rep:

  1. Emails found: 800 x 1 credit = 800 credits.
  2. Mobiles found: 100 x 10 credits = 1,000 credits.
  3. Total: 1,800 credits a month.
  4. Starter's 2,000 credits cover it at $49 a month.
  5. On yearly billing, that's $441 a year instead of $588.

Then add a buffer. List adds and exports reveal emails automatically. And Prospeo's help center says unused credits expire, so every unused one is money lost.

If Apollo is also on your shortlist, our Apollo pricing breakdown runs the same kind of math.

What does a 5-person team pay?

Five seats on Starter cost $245 a month for 10,000 pooled credits. Growth costs $495 for 25,000, and Pro costs $1,245 for 75,000 (September 2026).

On yearly billing, that's $2,205, $4,440 and $11,205 a year.

That's fine if your team burns through the credits. It's expensive if it doesn't.

Say your five reps only need 2,000 credits a month between them. If each rep needs a seat, you still pay for five Starter seats: $245. FullEnrich's 2,000-credit plan costs $104 a month, with unlimited users.

At 5,000 credits a month, the gap closes: $245 on Prospeo, which includes 10,000 credits, vs $255 on FullEnrich for 5,000. Seat count decides who's cheaper.

Is Prospeo cheaper than FullEnrich?

Yes. For one user at list price, Prospeo costs about 2x to 3x less than FullEnrich for the same credits.

The numbers (September 2026):

  • 2,000 credits a month, one user: $49 on Prospeo vs $104 on FullEnrich. That's 2.12x.
  • 24,000 credits a year, one user: $441 vs $1,128. That's 2.56x.
  • 15,000 credits a month, one user: $249 vs $720. That's 2.89x.
  • Per credit on monthly billing at 2,000 credits: $0.0245 vs $0.0520.

Prospeo clearly wins for a solo seller, and the gap grows for one heavy user on Pro.

The ground rules are the same. Both charge nothing when nothing is found. Both charge 10 credits for a mobile. Prospeo charges 1 credit for an email; FullEnrich charges 1 for a work email and 3 for a personal email.

How does FullEnrich compare with Prospeo on cost and coverage?

FullEnrich costs more per credit, but it has no per-seat fee and a written rollover rule on its pricing page. FullEnrich pricing also buys a waterfall across 25+ sources, while Prospeo searches its own B2B database.

Three differences matter:

  • Seats: unlimited users on every plan. Five reps sharing 2,000 credits pay $104. On Prospeo, they'd pay $245, which also buys 10,000 credits.
  • Sources: waterfall enrichment asks one source, then the next, until a contact turns up.
  • Rollover: unused credits roll over for 3 months on monthly plans and 12 months on annual plans.

Almost every feature sits on every plan, including the API, MCP, the HubSpot integration and bulk CSV. Plans start at $29 a month for 500 credits.

But price per credit isn't your real cost. Both tools charge only when they return something. So the number that matters is cost per contact found, and that depends on coverage for your list.

Run the same list through both. Prospeo's Free plan gives you 100 credits a month. FullEnrich's trial gives you 50 credits, no credit card. Count the emails found and mobiles found by each tool, then divide the price by that count.

If you want to test more multi-source options, see our list of the best waterfall enrichment tools.

Is Prospeo worth it?

Prospeo is worth it for a solo seller or a small team that wants a cheap credit and is happy with Prospeo's B2B database. Just confirm rollover first.

Good fit: one or two seats that use most of their credits, or one heavy user on Pro.

Look elsewhere: larger teams with modest credit needs, where seat fees outrun usage. Also teams that want a waterfall across many sources.

Prospeo holds 4.6 out of 5 on G2 from 845 reviews (September 2026). Low ratings exist too. One July 2026 reviewer gave it 0 out of 5: "I bought monthly subscription twice, 2000 credits x2. Found 3000+ emails, out of which 2400+ were duplicates and some 150+ were invalid emails."

That's one review. Still, it's a good reason to test on your own list before you commit.

Frequently asked questions

Is Prospeo free to use?

Yes, up to a point. The Free plan costs $0 and gives you 100 credits a month with no time limit. You can select 25 rows at a time and there's no CSV enrichment. The pricing table shows no access to the Enrich and Search APIs, while the help center describes Free's API access as limited.

Does Prospeo have a coupon code or discount?

The main discount is yearly billing, which takes 25% off every paid plan (September 2026). In early 2026, Prospeo's pricing page also carried a "20% LIFETIME" launch-offer banner. This guide doesn't list coupon codes. Check the pricing page and checkout for any current offer.

How much does the Prospeo API cost?

The API uses the same credits as the app. An email costs 1 credit, a mobile costs 10, and no result costs 0. The Search API costs 1 credit per page of up to 25 results. The pricing table shows "No access" for the Enrich and Search APIs on Free, while the help center says "Limited API access". Paid API enrichment starts on Starter.

Does Prospeo charge for emails it can't find?

No. Prospeo charges only when a valid result is returned. If no email is found, or a company can't be matched, no credits are spent.

What are some alternatives to Prospeo?

FullEnrich is one: a waterfall tool with unlimited users. Compare any alternative on cost per contact found.

So which Prospeo plan should you pick?

Pick by seats and credits. Get rollover confirmed in writing before a yearly plan. Then test the same list on two tools and compare cost per contact found.

If you want a second tool for that test, FullEnrich's free trial gives you 50 credits, no credit card needed.
