How much volume can you handle?
We process tens of millions of records each month, with some customers sending us hundreds of thousands of records per day. Our infrastructure is built to scale—monitoring, fallback systems, and even dedicated provider instances ensure we handle your load without a hitch.
Can we trust you for the long term?
We know reliability is key. Some of our partners came to us after their previous data providers canceled contracts overnight, leaving them scrambling. We don’t work with everyone—but when we do, we commit. Partnerships aren’t just a side channel for us; they’re a real focus and something we want to grow together.
Can you help us with the implementation?
Absolutely. We’ll set up a dedicated Slack channel to support you all the way through your launch. Our API is simple to implement, and we’re here if you need anything along the way.
Can I resell the data?
Yes—if that’s your business model, we offer specific terms for reselling. By default, our standard TOS doesn’t cover reselling, simply because we want to make sure any long-term arrangement works for both sides. Once we’re aligned, we’ll provide custom TOS for your use case.
Do you provide code samples or an SDK?
We provide clear code samples, and you can test the API directly in our docs. Our endpoints are straightforward, and most partners find a full SDK unnecessary after seeing how simple the integration is.
What is your rate limit? Are you flexible?
By default, you can send up to 60 requests per minute, with 100 contacts per request (that’s 6,000 contacts per minute). If you need higher limits, just let us know—we’re happy to increase them to fit your needs.
