1. Connect the FullEnrich MCP and your CRM's MCP
This skill needs two MCPs active in your Claude workspace:
FullEnrich MCP at
https://mcp.fullenrich.com/mcp, the source of the enriched dataA CRM MCP, any CRM with an MCP (HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Pipedrive, Notion, Airtable, Monday, and more). It is detected dynamically, so the skill adapts to whichever one you have.
New to MCPs? Follow the FullEnrich MCP setup guide. If your CRM has a dedicated FullEnrich skill (Notion, Attio, Airtable, Monday, HubSpot), that one has pre-configured targets and is the better pick. This skill covers everything else.
2. Install the skill in Claude
Click Download Skill above to grab the skill .zip file, then install it in Claude:
Open Customize in Claude

Choose Create Skill
Pick Upload a skill and select the
.zipyou just downloaded
3. Ask Claude to push your contacts
Once you have enriched contacts, tell Claude to send them to your CRM. The skill activates on phrases like:
"Push these 20 enriched contacts to HubSpot"
"Sync my enrichment results to Salesforce"
"I just enriched 50 contacts, push them to my CRM"
If you do not have enriched contacts yet, the skill points you to the Find & enrich a B2B prospect list skill first.
4. Confirm the CRM and approve the field mapping
The skill identifies your CRM from the connected tools, confirms it with you, then reads its schema and proposes a mapping:
Full Name, Work Email, Phone, Job Title, Company Name, LinkedIn URL, Location, Industry, Company Headcount, each pointed at the matching CRM field
You can skip fields, remap them, or point the skill at custom fields like Lead Source or Enrichment Date. It waits for your go before moving on.
5. Review the duplicates the skill flagged
Before creating anything, the skill checks each contact against your existing records, matching on email first, then LinkedIn URL, then full name plus company. For every match it shows the CRM record next to the enriched data and a recommendation:
Fill empty fields, adding new data only where the CRM field is blank
Different data, showing both versions so you choose which to keep
Skip, leaving that record untouched
Existing data is never overwritten without your explicit approval.
6. Confirm the push and get the report
The skill shows a summary (new contacts to create, existing ones to update, contacts to skip, total) and waits for an explicit yes. On confirmation it pushes through the CRM's MCP, then reports the result:
Created, updated, skipped, and failed counts, with a reason for any failure
If anything failed, the skill explains why and offers to retry.
Built-in safeguards: the skill stays CRM-agnostic by discovering each CRM's fields through its MCP rather than hardcoding one. It fills empty fields but always asks before replacing existing data, runs duplicate detection on every contact, and waits for an explicit confirmation before the push. If the CRM MCP returns an authentication error, it stops and asks you to reconnect rather than retrying blindly.
What is next? After the push, the skill offers to sync more contacts, add a source tag or note to the records, build a multi-touch sequence for them, draft personalized outreach, or enrich another batch.
