Refresh your CRM: who left, where they went & who replaced them

Claude

The skill plays the role of a RevOps manager inside Claude. It checks every contact in your CRM export and gives each one a status: still there, moved (with the new company), replaced (with the person now in the seat) or not found. Duplicates are merged on the way. The check runs on free FullEnrich search; only new emails for movers and replacements cost credits, after you confirm.

1. Connect the FullEnrich MCP to Claude

This skill needs only one MCP active in your Claude workspace:

  • FullEnrich MCP at https://mcp.fullenrich.com/mcp

New to MCPs? Follow the FullEnrich MCP setup guide.

2. Install the skill in Claude

Click Download Skill above to grab the skill .zip file, then install it in Claude:

  • Open Customize in Claude

  • Click Create new skill

  • Click the + button at the top

  • Choose Create Skill

  • Pick Upload a skill and select the .zip you just downloaded

3. Drop your CRM export in chat

Upload a CSV or paste rows from HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio or any CRM. The skill maps the columns (name, company, domain, title, email, LinkedIn URL), shows the first 5 rows and asks you to confirm the mapping.

4. It merges duplicates and checks every contact

Rows that share a LinkedIn URL, an email, or a name + company are merged first. Then each contact is checked against their current job, for free. Contacts with a LinkedIn URL are matched on their profile; the others on name + company.

5. Every contact gets a status

  • Still there, with a flag if their title changed

  • Moved, with the new company, new title and when they left

  • Replaced, with the person who now holds the seat and the evidence (start date, same function, same seniority)

  • Not found, when no profile matches. The skill never guesses

6. Enrich the movers and replacements, then import

After the summary, the skill offers to find new work emails for movers and replacements, shows the credit cost and waits for your yes. You get a CSV to import with a refresh_status and a refresh_evidence column. New values go in new columns, so your original data is never overwritten.

Built-in safeguards: checking is free and enriching only happens after an explicit yes on the credit cost. Companies are compared by ID or LinkedIn page, never by name alone, so a homonym cannot create a false move. CRM values are never overwritten.

What is next? the skill offers to write a "congrats on the new role" message for each mover, an intro message for each replacement, or push the refreshed contacts to your CRM.

Troubleshooting

Claude says the FullEnrich MCP is not connected

Open Claude settings and connect https://mcp.fullenrich.com/mcp. The skill resumes on the next message.

Many contacts are "Not found"

Those rows usually have no LinkedIn URL and a common name. Add the LinkedIn URL column to your export for the best match rate.

A contact shows "Moved (old role not closed)"

The person started a new job but never closed the old one on their profile. The skill treats it as a move and shows both roles as evidence.

"No replacement found yet"

Nobody with the same function and seniority has joined since the person left. Re-run the refresh in a few weeks.

Many new emails came back as CREDITS_INSUFFICIENT

Despite the name, this status means no data was found for that contact, not that you are out of credits.

Some rows were merged

Duplicates are listed separately in the output so you can merge them in your CRM yourself. The skill never deletes anything.
