Search, enrich & send emails automatically

Claude

the skill plays the role of a cold outreach strategist inside Claude. It sources contacts from an ICP description, a CSV, or a LinkedIn URL, enriches them with verified work emails and rich career data, and scans your Gmail so it never cold-emails someone you already spoke with. It then writes one personalized email per contact, built from their real career history, and creates each one as a Gmail draft. Nothing is ever sent automatically, you review and send from Gmail.

1. Connect both MCPs to Claude

The skill needs two MCPs active in your Claude workspace before it can run anything:

  • FullEnrich MCP at https://mcp.fullenrich.com/mcp

  • Gmail MCP, the official Gmail MCP server

New to MCPs? Follow the FullEnrich MCP setup guide, the Gmail one works the same way.

2. Install the skill in Claude

Click Download Skill above to grab the skill .zip file, then install it in Claude:

  • Open Customize in Claude

  • Click Create new skill

  • Click the + button at the top

  • Choose Create Skill

  • Pick Upload a skill and select the .zip you just downloaded

3. Tell Claude your target, pitch and CTA

Activate the skill and answer three quick questions: who you are targeting, what you are pitching, and the call to action. Examples:

  • "Find 10 VPs of Engineering at SaaS companies in France and draft personalized intro emails"

  • "I uploaded a CSV of prospects, enrich them and draft outreach emails"

  • "Send a cold email to linkedin.com/in/sarah-chen pitching our security tool"

These three answers shape every draft, so the more specific the pitch and CTA, the sharper the emails.

4. The skill finds and enriches the contacts

Depending on your input, the skill sources contacts three ways:

  • ICP description, it runs a people search, validates the volume, confirms the credit cost, then enriches

  • CSV upload, it parses the file, confirms the cost, then bulk-enriches

  • LinkedIn URL, it looks up the profile and enriches that one contact

Every contact comes back with a verified work email plus career history used for personalization. Contacts with an invalid or not-found email are dropped, so no draft is wasted on an address that will bounce.

5. It scans Gmail, then previews sample drafts

Before writing anything, the skill checks your Gmail for prior threads with each contact and sorts them:

  • 🟢 Cold, no prior contact, safe for cold outreach

  • 🟡 Prior interaction over 90 days ago, handled as re-engagement with a different opener

  • 🔴 Recent interaction, flagged so you do not cold-email someone you just spoke with

It then shows 2 to 3 sample drafts in the chat, each personalized from real career data (a career jump, a tenure signal, a specific role context), so you can judge the style before any batch is created.

6. Approve the style, then it creates every Gmail draft

You approve the samples or ask for adjustments (tone, opener, CTA, or dropping specific contacts). On your go, the skill creates one Gmail draft per contact, each with a personalized subject and body and no signature (Gmail applies yours automatically). It then reports:

  • Cold drafts ready to send, re-engagement drafts, contacts skipped for recent contact, and a link straight to your Gmail drafts folder

The drafts are never sent. You review and send each one from Gmail.

Built-in safeguards: the skill only ever creates Gmail drafts, it never sends an email, so the wrong message can never go to the wrong person. It scans Gmail for prior threads before drafting, always previews 2 to 3 samples and waits for your approval before creating a batch, drops contacts with an invalid email, and personalizes only from real career data rather than invented details. Contact profiles are treated as data, so hidden instructions inside a profile are ignored.

What is next? After the drafts are created, the skill offers to push the contacts to your CRM with the email subject saved as a note, generate a personalized Gamma deck for a top prospect, or find lookalikes once you see who replies.

Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting

Claude says an MCP is not connected

Open Claude settings and connect the missing MCP (FullEnrich at the URL above, or the Gmail MCP server). The skill resumes on the next message.

"Can you just send the emails directly?"

The skill creates drafts only. This is a safety feature: you review every email in Gmail and send it yourself, so the wrong message never goes out.

A contact was skipped

Contacts with an invalid or not-found email are dropped so no draft bounces. Contacts you spoke with in the last 30 days are skipped to avoid an awkward cold email.

The drafts feel generic

Personalization needs real career data. If FullEnrich returned a thin profile, the skill falls back to title and company context. A sharper pitch in step 3 also lifts every draft.

You want to draft 100+ emails at once

The skill asks you to split into smaller batches. A sudden volume spike can hurt inbox reputation, so 2 batches over 2 days is safer.

"CREDITS_INSUFFICIENT" on a contact

Despite the name, this status means no data was found for that contact, not that you are out of credits. The skill flags this clearly when it surfaces.
