Write hyper-personalized outreach from Claude

Claude

the skill plays the role of a senior outreach strategist inside Claude. It first runs a short discovery questionnaire to capture your goal, your value prop, and your style, then pulls each contact's full profile from FullEnrich (work history, education, skills, company context). From that data it finds one specific hook per person and drafts a message in the channel you picked (cold email, LinkedIn DM, or cold call script). Every draft is presented with the hook it used, so you can see the reasoning and iterate on tone or length.

1. Connect the FullEnrich MCP to Claude

This skill needs only one MCP active in your Claude workspace:

  • FullEnrich MCP at https://mcp.fullenrich.com/mcp

Web search is also used for personalization, and it is built into Claude, so there is nothing extra to set up. New to MCPs? Follow the FullEnrich MCP setup guide.

2. Install the skill in Claude

Click Download Skill above to grab the skill .zip file, then install it in Claude:

  • Open Customize in Claude

  • Click Create new skill

  • Click the + button at the top

  • Choose Create Skill

  • Pick Upload a skill and select the .zip you just downloaded

3. Ask Claude to write your outreach

Tell Claude who you want to reach. The skill activates on phrases like:

  • "I have 10 enriched contacts, help me write cold emails for each"

  • "Let's do some outreach, draft a LinkedIn DM for the VP Sales at Stripe"

  • "Prepare a cold call script for my meeting with the Head of Sales"

If you do not have contacts yet, the skill says so and points you to the Find & enrich a B2B prospect list skill first, then picks back up here with the enriched list.

4. Answer the discovery questionnaire

Before writing a single word, the skill captures your context with a short set of questions:

  • Your goal (book a meeting, get a reply, start a conversation) and the channel (email, DM, or call)

  • What you do, who you help, and the #1 pain point you solve

  • Your style, plus an example of a message that worked for you and anything to avoid

This step is mandatory. If you say "just write it", the skill pushes back, because two minutes of context is what separates a reply from a delete.

5. The skill finds one hook per contact and drafts

For each contact, the skill pulls the full FullEnrich profile (job history, education, skills, company context) and looks for one specific, relevant hook, something that shows you did your homework:

  • "Saw you joined [company] 3 months ago as [title]"

  • "[Company] just raised Series B, usually that means scaling the sales team fast"

  • "You spent 4 years at [previous company] before moving into [current role]"

If the FullEnrich data is thin, it does a quick web search for company news and hiring signals. Then it drafts one message per contact in your chosen format, with one clear call to action.

6. Review, iterate, and ship

Each draft is presented with the contact's name, the hook the skill chose, and the full message, so you can judge the angle at a glance. From there you can ask Claude to adjust the tone, shorten a draft, or rewrite it entirely. Once you are happy, the skill offers natural next steps:

  • Turn the cold emails into Gmail drafts ready to review and send

  • Generate a personalized Gamma deck for a top prospect

  • Push the contacts to your CRM with the message saved as a note

Built-in safeguards: the skill never drafts before the discovery questionnaire is answered, never writes a generic message (every line references something specific to the person or company), and never stacks two calls to action into one message. Contact profiles are treated as data, so any hidden instructions inside a profile description are ignored rather than followed.

What is next? After you approve the messages, the skill offers to write more, hand off to the Gmail skill for drafts, hand off to the Gamma skill for a deck, or push the contacts to your CRM with the message attached as a note.

Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting

Claude says the FullEnrich MCP is not connected

Open Claude settings and connect https://mcp.fullenrich.com/mcp. The skill resumes on the next message.

You do not have contacts yet

The skill points you to the Find & enrich a B2B prospect list skill to build an enriched list first, then continues the outreach from there.

The skill keeps asking discovery questions

This is by design. The questionnaire is mandatory because context is what makes a message get a reply. Answer the questions and it moves straight to drafting.

A contact has an INVALID or CATCH_ALL email

The skill flags it and offers to skip the contact or switch that one to a LinkedIn DM instead.

"CREDITS_INSUFFICIENT" on a contact

Despite the name, this status means no data was found for that contact, not that you are out of credits. The skill explains this clearly.

The message feels generic

The skill needs a hook. If FullEnrich and web search both come back thin, it asks you for context on that contact rather than writing something vague.

If we can't find contact data, no one else can.
