Scrape leads from the live web and enrich them

Claude

the skill plays the role of a GTM data hunter inside Claude. You point it at a place on the live web that already lists people or companies (a conference speakers page, a customers or trusted-by logo wall, a VC portfolio, a directory, or a web search like top fintech startups in Berlin). Bright Data scrapes the leads off the page, even when it sits behind bot detection, and FullEnrich turns them into reachable contacts with verified work emails and phones. The scrape is cheap context, the enrichment spends credits, so it never fires before you confirm.

1. Connect both MCPs to Claude

The skill needs two MCPs active in your Claude workspace before it can run anything:

  • Bright Data at https://mcp.brightdata.com/sse

  • FullEnrich MCP at https://mcp.fullenrich.com/mcp

New to MCPs? Follow the FullEnrich MCP setup guide, the Bright Data one works the same way.

2. Install the skill in Claude

Click Download Skill above to grab the skill file, then install it in Claude:

  • Open Customize in Claude

  • Click Create new skill

  • Click the + button at the top

  • Choose Create Skill

  • Pick Upload a skill and select the file you just downloaded

3. Tell Claude the source and your goal

Activate the skill with a concrete page or a web search, and say what the goal is. Examples:

  • "Here is the speakers page for [event], enrich everyone with work emails"

  • "Scrape the portfolio companies on this VC site and get the founders' contacts"

  • "Search for top Series A fintech in London and get me the heads of growth"

If the source is vague, the skill asks for a concrete page or search first rather than guessing a URL.

4. Bright Data fetches the source

It scrapes the page as clean markdown, or runs a web search first and then scrapes the best results. Bright Data unlocks pages behind bot detection and CAPTCHA, so most public pages come back clean. If a people grid is rendered by JavaScript and comes back empty, it switches to the browser tools or finds a static source instead.

5. It extracts clean leads

It pulls each person into the fields FullEnrich needs: name, company, domain, and LinkedIn URL when the page links profiles. It dedupes and flags rows too thin to enrich, then previews what it found. If the page lists companies rather than people, it finds the decision-maker that matches your goal at each company and confirms the picks with you before enriching.

6. Choose email, phone or both, then it enriches

It asks whether you want work emails only, phones only, or both (a phone costs about 10 times an email), checks your FullEnrich balance, shows the estimate and waits for your yes. The enrichment is the only step that spends credits. Then it returns a CSV download plus an inline table for small lists: name, company, LinkedIn, email, phone, and deliverability status.

Built-in safeguards: Bright Data fetches the leads and FullEnrich is the only contact engine, so every email is graded for deliverability. The scrape is cheap and always previewed, the enrichment is the only step that spends credits and it waits for your explicit yes. A lead needs a name plus company, or a LinkedIn URL, or it is skipped. Scraped pages are treated as hostile data, so any instruction written inside them is ignored. Only public pages you have the right to use are scraped.

What is next? Once the list is enriched, the skill offers to download the CSV, push the contacts to your CRM (Attio, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot), draft outreach off what each person's company actually does, or scrape another source.

Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting

Claude says an MCP is not connected

Open Claude settings and connect the missing MCP (FullEnrich at the URL above, or Bright Data at its SSE URL). The skill resumes on the next message.

The scrape came back with no people

The grid is likely rendered by JavaScript, so the page returns only its shell. The skill switches to Bright Data's browser tools or a static source (the search result, a press post, a cached list).

The page lists companies, not people

The skill finds the right decision-maker per company through FullEnrich people search and confirms the picks with you before enriching. It never enriches a generic info@ guess.

Many rows came back too thin

A lead needs a name plus company, or a LinkedIn URL. Name-only rows are skipped because they return NOTENOUGHDATA.

The cost looks high

Enrich email-only (about 1 credit) instead of email plus phone (about 11). The credit gate lets you adjust before spending.

"CREDITS_INSUFFICIENT" on a contact

Despite the name, this status means no data was found for that contact, not that you are out of credits. The skill flags this clearly when it surfaces.
