FullEnrich vs ZoomInfo: Keep ZoomInfo and use FullEnrich for the numbers it can’t find

FullEnrich fills the mobile numbers ZoomInfo leaves blank, next to the contract you already have. You only pay for numbers it finds and verifies: a miss or a landline costs 0 credits.

The verdict

Which one should you choose?

If your team already pays for ZoomInfo, keep it. Run your list through ZoomInfo first, then send FullEnrich only the rows that come back with no mobile or email. Replace it only if your team uses ZoomInfo to look up contacts and nothing else.

Stay on ZoomInfo if
Your reps prospect on LinkedIn with the ZoomInfo browser extension. FullEnrich has no extension.
You call US mobiles that must be checked against do-not-call registries. FullEnrich does not screen numbers against them.
You need records pushed natively into Salesforce. FullEnrich reaches Salesforce through automation templates.
You buy intent, signals or technographics alongside contacts. FullEnrich does not sell them.
Procurement requires ISO 27001. FullEnrich holds SOC 2 Type II.

Best fit: a team that runs prospecting in one platform, from intent signal to Salesforce record.

Use FullEnrich if
Your reps keep dialling rows with no mobile. Send only those rows: a verified mobile costs 10 credits, a miss or a landline costs nothing.
Your team sells in the UK or Europe. ZoomInfo says its accuracy is strongest in North America, so run a European list through both before you renew.
Some of your ZoomInfo seats exist only to look up contacts. Every FullEnrich plan includes unlimited users, so a lookup no longer needs a seat.
You want to test before your renewal. Plans are monthly and cancel any time: $499 a month buys up to 1,000 verified mobiles.
Your ops team enriches in Clay, n8n or Claude. The API and MCP come with every plan, including free.

Best fit: a team that keeps ZoomInfo and wants the blank rows filled without buying more seats.

Send FullEnrich the rows ZoomInfo left blank and count the verified mobiles that come back.
Where FullEnrich fits

Why do teams add FullEnrich next to ZoomInfo?

Teams that keep ZoomInfo usually give FullEnrich one of three jobs. Here is what each one changes for your reps.

Each contact goes to the sources that fit it

Today
ZoomInfo answers from its own database first. Its waterfall runs only when that database has no email or mobile, in bulk inside a GTM Studio Audience.
With FullEnrich
Every request runs through the waterfall. It picks the best of 25+ sources for each contact’s region, industry and available data, then verifies the result.
So what
Every list gets the sources that work for its market, and reps never pick a source or rerun a list by hand.

Pay only for contacts your reps can use

Today
ZoomInfo counts 1 credit per exported profile, whatever the profile carries.
With FullEnrich
Credits go only to a found and verified result: 10 per mobile, 1 per work email. A miss or a landline costs 0.
So what
Send 10,000 rows to a sequence and the bill tracks usable contacts, not rows sent.

Every rep enriches without a seat request

Today
ZoomInfo is sold per seat, on a quote. Without a seat, you ask someone who has one.
With FullEnrich
Unlimited users on every plan, one shared credit pool.
So what
SDRs, AEs and ops enrich their own lists the day they need them. Your next ZoomInfo order covers only the reps who prospect in it daily.

Data quality

How do FullEnrich and ZoomInfo compare on data quality?

Every enrichment or accuracy rate in this market, ours included, is a vendor claim: no public test runs both on the same list. ZoomInfo starts from the record it already holds. FullEnrich sends each contact across 25+ providers and returns the first result that passes verification.

Where does each one look first?

ZoomInfo starts from the record it already holds. Its GTM Studio waterfall asks outside vendors only when that record has no email or mobile, and it runs on a bulk Audience list. FullEnrich picks where to start for each contact, from their region, industry and which providers hold data on them. When an answer fails a check, the next provider gets the contact.

Does each one verify the contact, and when?

Both check. ZoomInfo checks a record when it builds its database: automated checks, a mail-server handshake on emails and a research team on unclear records. FullEnrich checks each contact when you request it, then grades the result.

What do you pay for when the data is bad?

ZoomInfo bills 1 credit per exported profile, whichever fields it holds. FullEnrich bills only what passed its checks: a landline, a dead line, an invalid email or a miss costs 0.

Reach

Why does a waterfall reach more of your list?

Every provider is strong in some countries and industries and thin in others. When one comes back empty or sends a landline, FullEnrich hands the contact to the next one, and a miss costs 0 credits, so trying the next one costs you nothing.

  1. Vendr is a third-party procurement platform. Its median covers 1,576 purchases of every size, with a range of $7,233 to $156,053 a year, captured 14 October 2026. ZoomInfo publishes no price.
  2. ZoomInfo’s licence terms define an Authorized User. Vendr (third-party) says “ZoomInfo charges per seat” and describes “a base platform fee plus per-seat licensing”.
  3. FullEnrich delivers catch-all emails with a label, for 1 credit. Out-of-service lines cost 0 credits when detected.
  4. ZoomInfo’s published licence terms say the agreement “is not cancellable and shall remain in effect until it expires”. Term length is set in the signed order.
  5. ZoomInfo’s pricing page says “credits can be added to any package as needs change”. Vendr (third-party) lists overage fees among common contract costs.
  6. ZoomInfo’s second-quarter 2026 filing describes a move to a platform fee plus pre-purchased data credits. Its words: “We believe this transition may, over time, reduce downsell pressure historically associated with seat compression.”
ZoomInfo

How it works. Sales builds a quote from three inputs: the platform tier, the number of licences and the credit volume. Each export of a contact or company profile spends credits, and deeper data spends more. Term, price and renewal sit in the signed order.

FullEnrich

How it works. You pick a credit volume on the published ladder, billed monthly or yearly. A verified work email costs 1 credit and a verified mobile costs 10. A miss, a landline or a failed check costs 0. Every plan includes unlimited users.

Run the test

How do you test ZoomInfo against FullEnrich on your own list?

Run the same 100 to 250 contacts through both tools and count who your reps can reach. Score it on connects and meetings booked, then price the result for your renewal.

  1. Step 1

Pick 100 to 250 real contacts

Use the territory and persona your reps work this quarter. Give both tools the exact same rows.

  2. Step 2

Run the same list through both

Enrich it in ZoomInfo as you do today, and in FullEnrich from a CSV. FullEnrich bills only what it finds and verifies.

  3. Step 3

Count the contacts you can reach

Count verified mobiles and work emails per tool, row by row. Mark the contacts only one tool filled.

  4. Step 4

    Score connects and meetings booked

Have your reps dial both sets over the same weeks. Work out the cost per meeting for each tool before you renew.
