How to Enrich HubSpot Contacts with Verified Data

Method 2: Automated Workflow (Zapier / Make / n8n)

For teams that want every new lead enriched automatically — no manual steps.

Zapier example:

1. Trigger: New Contact in HubSpot
2. Action: FullEnrich → Enrich Contact (pass name + company or LinkedIn URL)
3. Action: HubSpot → Update Contact (map enriched fields back)

Same workflow works in Make and n8n. FullEnrich has native actions in all three platforms — no HTTP requests to configure, no JSON to parse.

When to use this: High-volume inbound (100+ leads/week), PLG signups, event registrations — any scenario where leads arrive faster than someone can manually enrich them.

Method 3: Bulk Enrichment + Import

For quarterly CRM cleans or one-time list enrichment:

1. Export contacts from HubSpot as CSV
2. Upload to FullEnrich for bulk enrichment
