10 Best Email Finder Tools in 2026: (Compared by Use Cases)

10 email finder tools compared by best fit, coverage, pricing and what each bills you for, from FullEnrich's 20+ provider waterfall to Hunter and Apollo.

Quick Summary:

The best email finder tools in 2026 are FullEnrich for the most accurate emails and the widest coverage, Findymail for agencies sending cold email, and Prospeo for building lists from filters.

1

FullEnrich

Most accurate emails, widest coverage, 20+ providers per contact

2

Findymail

Verified emails for agencies running cold email

3

Prospeo

Lists built from filters or Sales Navigator

No single database has everyone. Each finder on this list is strong somewhere and thin somewhere else, usually by country, seniority or company size. So ignore the find rate on the homepage and ask how many emails you can actually send for what you paid.

I run FullEnrich, so read the number one spot with that in mind. Its cons are listed like the other nine.

What makes a great email finder?

A great email finder gives you a high share of sendable emails per credit and tells you which ones are risky before you send. That second part is where most tools get vague. BounceZero, a verification company, probed 239,431 domains and found that 20.0% accept mail for any address, so a plain check can't tell you whether the mailbox exists.

Four questions sort the field quickly:

  • Does it verify before you pay? A finder that bills unverified guesses leaves the cleanup to you.
  • What does it charge for? Misses, catch-alls and unknowns each have their own rule, and together they set your real price.
  • Does it cover where you sell? Strong on US lists often means thin in DACH or APAC.
  • Do credits survive a slow month? Rollover or expiry decides that.

Why trust us?

We buy our contact data from 20+ providers, and each contact can run through all of them before we return an email. We see from our own numbers how much bought data is wrong: 31.53% of it fails our verification and never reaches a customer. That's why this list cares more about what a finder verifies than what it finds.

I also go through our sales calls, and one gap buyers bring up is a finder that works in the US and goes quiet in DACH or APAC. FullEnrich runs inside Common Room, next to Smartlead for sending, and G2 users rate FullEnrich 4.8 from 246 reviews.

We're SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant.

1. FullEnrich

FullEnrich G2 rating: 4.8/5 (246 reviews)

FullEnrich's Email Finder page: find a verified work email from a name or LinkedIn URL, checked across 20+ data providers. Give FullEnrich a name and a company, or a LinkedIn URL, and it returns a verified work email.

FullEnrich is a B2B email finder that runs each contact through a waterfall of 20+ data providers and verifies every email before returning it. It finds mobile numbers and personal emails the same way. There's no sequencer in it: its job is making sure the address your rep or sending tool uses is real.

The waterfall is where the accuracy comes from. Every provider has blind spots. When one comes back empty, or its email fails verification, the contact moves on to the next provider until one verifies.

On catch-all domains, where a plain check can't confirm the mailbox, part of the results get resolved to valid or invalid before you see them. What comes back is one list, each email labelled valid, probably valid or catch-all.

You pay when something usable comes back: 1 credit for a work email, and nothing for a miss or an invalid. A catch-all result also costs a credit, so you decide how many of those to send after the valid ones. Since we buy from all those providers, you don't sign twenty contracts to get their coverage.

What you still bring is the input: a company, a domain or a LinkedIn URL with each name. With HubSpot, we push enriched contacts in, and enriching contacts already sitting in HubSpot is on the way.

Best for: Software companies that need highly verified email and mobile accuracy across regions

Key features

  • Waterfall enrichment: 20+ providers per contact, each email verified before you see it.
  • B2B people search: build a list by title, location, industry and headcount, then enrich it in the same place. Browsing is free.
  • Reverse email lookup: turn an inbound email, even a Gmail address, into a name, title and company.
  • MCP server: find and enrich prospects from Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot.

Pros

  • More sources per contact than any other tool here: 20+ providers instead of one database.
  • Mobiles are checked for line type and active status, and cost only 10 credits for verified results from the same balance, so calling doesn’t require a second vendor.
  • Unlimited users on every plan, and unused credits last 3 months on monthly plans and 12 on yearly ones.

Cons

  • No Chrome extension.
  • No sending: you'll need to pair it with a sequencer.

What users say: Nils R. switched over completely, in a review G2 translated: "I have completely switched to FullEnrich because it provides me with 60-70% of the sought-after C-Level contacts, especially phone numbers that are otherwise hard to reach." The one complaint: some numbers turn out to be private lines.

Pricing: Pro starts at $29 a month for 500 credits, and 1,000 credits cost $55. New accounts get 50 free credits, no card needed.

2. Findymail

Findymail G2 rating: 4.9/5 (57 reviews)

Findymail's Email Verifier screen with single and bulk checks, as shown on its G2 listing. Findymail's verifier sits next to the finder.

Findymail is a real-time email finder and verifier built for agencies that push emails straight into Instantly, Smartlead or Lemlist. It returns verified emails only and promises credits back if your bounces pass 5%,. On the flat-fee usage plans, ask how that refund works before you count on it.

Forecasting is harder. Individual, Team and Scale are flat monthly fees with a usage ceiling the page doesn't publish. Hit it and nothing extra is charged; you wait, or you move up a plan. You only learn your real cost per email after a month or two.

Findymail verifies catch-all emails, and it warns that outside verifiers will flag 15-20% of its emails as invalid or risky. Run a second verifier and you'll throw some of those away. Skip it and you're trusting Findymail's call on catch-alls.

Best for: Small marketing agencies sending cold email for clients

Key features

  • AI lead finder (Intellimatch): describe your ideal customer in plain English and get matching companies and contacts.
  • Bulk email finder: upload a CSV of names and companies for verified emails.
  • Native integrations: Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Instantly, Lemlist and Pipedrive on every plan.

Pros

  • Every result is verified, so you don't pay a separate verifier for most of the list.
  • Results land in your sequencer or CRM without an export step.

Cons

  • Logins are capped at 1, 5 and 20, so a sixth user moves you from $399 Team to $999 Scale.
  • Mobiles are non-EU only, and there are no personal emails.

What users say: Dillon A., a founder, wrote in 2024: "The price is also superior especially since you don't have to run any other verification tool." Pulls can feel slow, the review admits, because each email is verified on the spot.

Pricing: Individual costs $99 a month, Team $399 and Scale $999. Resellers can buy credit plans instead, where $99 buys 5,000 finder and 5,000 verifier credits, about 2 cents per verified email. The free account gives 10 credits with no card. Our Findymail pricing breakdown goes plan by plan.

Skip it if you look up a few dozen emails a month; Voila Norbert starts at a smaller plan.

3. Prospeo

Prospeo G2 rating: 4.6/5 (983 reviews)

Prospeo's Chrome extension listing contacts with emails and phone numbers on a company website, as shown on its G2 listing. Prospeo's Chrome extension pulls contacts from the company site you're on.

Prospeo is an email and mobile finder with its own B2B search, built for one or two reps who build lists from filters or Sales Navigator and want only verified emails back. Browsing is free, each verified email costs 1 credit, and a miss costs nothing. Some teams that chain finders cheapest-first put Prospeo in the chain and verify everything afterwards.

The pricing is per user, and that's what gets expensive. Three reps on Growth cost $297 a month, or $222 billed yearly. Each gets 60,000 credits a year, plenty for a full-time prospector. A fourth rep who exports twice a month still takes a whole seat.

Best for: Small marketing agencies building prospect lists from filters

Key features

  • Chrome extension on the free plan: pull verified emails from the profile or company site you're on, with 100 free credits a month.
  • Search with dozens of filters: build a list by role, company and intent without a separate database.
  • Mobile add-on: 10 credits per contact, only for the people you want to call.

Pros

  • You don't pay twice for the same person: a filter hides people you've already exported, and re-enriching a record within 90 days is free.
  • The free plan is the most generous here, at 100 credits a month.

Cons

  • Credits reset at every billing cycle, add-on credits included.
  • CSV uploads and API enrichment start at Starter.

What users say: Mandi D., an IT consultant, keeps it open for speed: "I'm researching a company, one click, and I have verified emails without switching tabs." The same review is blunt that small and niche companies are often missing.

Pricing: Starter costs $49 a month per user, or $37 billed yearly. Growth is $99 per user ($74 billed yearly) and Pro $249 per user ($187 billed yearly). Our Prospeo pricing guide covers each tier.

Skip it if a dozen people each need a handful of lookups a month; Hunter shares one credit pool across unlimited team members.

4. Hunter

Hunter G2 rating: 4.4/5 (656 reviews)

Hunter's Domain Search listing email addresses found at one company, as shown on its G2 listing. Hunter's Domain Search lists the addresses it knows at a company.

Hunter is a domain search and email finder, and it's the right tool when your starting point is a list of company domains rather than named people. With 50 free credits a month, it also works as a fallback when your main database comes back empty.

Bulk Domain Search is the reason to buy it. It bills 1 credit per domain for up to 10 emails, so 200 target accounts cost 200 credits, and a domain with nothing on it costs nothing. Regular Domain Search bills per email, so the same list can cost 2,000. For ten named people at one account, you're paying per email again.

Results come from public pages, so some go stale, mostly in industries with high employee turnover. Accept-all domains need a second check too, since Hunter says those addresses can never be verified with full confidence.

Best for: Small software companies looking up emails by company domain

Key features

  • Bulk Domain Search: find addresses for a whole list of companies at once, up to 10 emails per credit.
  • Email Verifier: check addresses from other sources for half a credit, and nothing when the result is Unknown.
  • Browser extensions, Sheets add-on and MCP: run lookups where you already work.

Pros

  • Department filters narrow a bulk run to sales or marketing, so you get the people you'd actually email.
  • Unlimited team members share one credit pool.

Cons

  • Hunter doesn't say whether accept-all results are billed, so check your first invoice.
  • Monthly credits don't roll over.
  • Built-in sequences come with every plan, even if you send from another tool.

What users say: Abdullah H., a medical practice founder, likes the domain work: "I really like Hunter's scraping feature, which helps in collecting emails from specific domains and targeting decision makers." The wish list: pricing based on usage instead of plans.

Pricing: Growth costs $149 a month ($104 billed yearly) for 10,000 credits, and Starter $49 ($34 billed yearly). Our Hunter pricing guide walks through each tier.

5. Apollo

Apollo G2 rating: 4.7/5 (9,849 reviews)

Apollo's deals pipeline view inside its sales platform, as shown on its G2 listing. Apollo is a full sales platform; finding emails is one part.

Apollo is a prospecting database that finds emails and phones, with sequences and a dialer built in. If your team already prospects and sequences there, keep it. If you only want an email finder, you'd be paying per seat for a platform you mostly ignore.

The data is the weak spot. Inaccurate data is one of the most-tagged cons on its G2 page, with 469 mentions, so plan on re-verifying before a big send.

Credits are the other thing to watch. Basic gives 30,000 credits per seat per year, pooled across the team. Emails cost 1 credit and phone numbers 8, so 2,000 phone reveals use 16,000 credits, 53% of one seat's year. Reps who reveal phones out of habit can drain the email budget by mid-year.

Best for: Small IT services companies that want data and outreach in one tool

Key features

  • Filterable B2B database: search 240M+ contacts and 30M+ companies with 65+ filters.
  • Sequences and dialer: email and call from the same tool that found the contact.
  • Waterfall enrichment: Apollo proposes a waterfall enrichment feature by partnering with several providers.

Pros

  • Finding, sequencing and calling share one login, so a rep can act on a contact without an export.
  • The free plan (900 credits per seat a year) and a 14-day Basic trial let you test it on your own market.

Cons

  • Unused credits expire at the end of each cycle, add-on credits included.
  • All seats must be on the same plan.

What users say: In a G2-invited review, Sunny J., a business associate at an enterprise, likes "how it combines prospecting, contact intelligence, and outreach in a single platform." The same review names data accuracy as the hard part.

Pricing: On yearly billing, Apollo's Basic plan is $49 a seat per month. Professional is $79 per seat and Organization $119 per seat, with a 3-seat minimum on Organization. See the Apollo pricing breakdown for each plan.

6. Snov.io

Snov.io G2 rating: 4.5/5 (501 reviews)

Snov.io's product overview showing lead search and outreach automation, as shown on its G2 listing. Snov.io pitches lead finding and multichannel outreach as one platform.

Snov.io is an email finder and verifier bundled with cold email sequences, LinkedIn automation and a CRM. It suits a small agency that wants finding, checking and sending on one bill. If you already have a sequencer you like, you'd be paying for a second one.

Watch the yellow results. In the finder, an unknown (yellow) email costs 1 credit, the same as a valid (green) one, while not found and invalid are free. At $39 for 1,000 Starter credits, each yellow costs 3.9 cents for an address you can't safely send yet, so vet the unknowns before they go into a sequence.

Best for: Small marketing agencies that want to find, verify and send from one account

Key features

  • Email Finder and LinkedIn extensions: find emails on company websites, LinkedIn or Sales Navigator.
  • Bulk Domain Search: up to 20,000 domains in one run.
  • Email verifier: check addresses from any source before a campaign.

Pros

  • Follow-ups don't cost more: a recipient is charged once per billing period.
  • A client's whole account list fits in one bulk run.

Cons

  • Snov.io's pages contradict each other on whether monthly credits expire after 30 days or roll over, so keep auto-renewal on.
  • "Email Issues" is the most-tagged con on its G2 page, with 46 mentions.

What users say: In a G2-invited review, Damon C., a field operations manager at an events company, praises "its domain search feature, which lets us pull full contact lists directly from target company websites." The catch: many of those contacts were general marketing staff rather than decision-makers.

To fill those gaps, our template enriches new Snov.io prospects with FullEnrich.

Pricing: Starter costs $39 a month, or $29.25 billed yearly. Pro S is $99 a month and Ultra $738, and LinkedIn automation slots add $69 a month each. Snov.io's credit rules list what each action costs, and our guide to Snov.io pricing breaks down every tier.

7. Anymail Finder

Anymail Finder G2 rating: 4.5/5 (34 reviews)

An older Anymail Finder search form asking for a name and a company website, as shown on its G2 listing. The core input hasn't changed: a name and a company website.

Anymail Finder is a bulk email finder that only charges when it returns a verified email. If you run big name-plus-domain files and don't want a risky pile to sort, it's a clean fit: catch-alls come back Verified or Not found, and Not found is free.

Company search is the underrated part. One credit returns up to 20 verified emails at a domain, though you don't pick the names. For 20 named people at the same account, you'd run 20 person searches instead, at up to 20 credits.

It isn't fast. At about 1,000 rows every five minutes, a 100,000-row file takes most of a working day. Give it only a company name and it can guess the wrong domain, then return confident results for the wrong company.

Best for: Small marketing agencies running bulk lists

Key features

  • Bulk email finder: upload a CSV or Excel file of up to 100,000 rows; every email is verified live.
  • Catch-all verification included: checks run on accept-all domains too.
  • Role search: find the decision-maker without a name, for 2 credits, charged only on a verified email.

Pros

  • You only pay for verified emails, so there's no risky pile to argue over.
  • Credits roll over with no cap while you subscribe.

Cons

  • Cancel and your credits expire at period end, and yearly plans aren't refunded for unused credits.
  • No phone finder or sequencer.

What users say: Rodney N., an AI engineer, wrote: "Pricing is also very reasonable compared to other email-finding tools we've tried; we get more verified contacts per dollar". The gaps show up at smaller and newer companies.

Pricing: Monthly plans start at $29 for 400 credits and run up to $199 for 10,000. Yearly plans start at $228 a year for 4,800 credits. Prices exclude tax.

8. Dropcontact

Dropcontact G2 rating: 4.5/5 (50 reviews)

A CRM contact record enriched by Dropcontact with company details, as shown on its G2 listing. Dropcontact fills in contact and company fields inside the CRM record.

Dropcontact is an EU-focused email enrichment tool that finds emails with algorithms and live testing instead of a stored contact database. For European teams, that's the whole pitch: if your legal team doesn't want a contact database in the picture, there isn't one.

A miss is re-credited. On Starter, €29 buys 500 found emails, about 5.8 cents each, falling to about 2 cents at the 4,000-credit tier (€79). 41 of its 50 G2 reviews come from Europe, so a US-heavy list deserves a trial first, and international files a second source behind it.

Best for: Small marketing agencies in Europe cleaning EU lists

Key features

  • Algorithm-based finding: emails generated and checked live, without a stored contact database.
  • Advanced catch-all verification on every plan: addresses on accept-all domains get an extra check.
  • Files, Google Sheets, API and MCP from Starter: enrich a sheet in place, or call it from code and AI assistants.

Pros

  • A GDPR review gets simpler when there's no stored database to defend.
  • On Growth, unused credits carry over and LinkedIn URLs can be enriched without a LinkedIn login.

Cons

  • Live testing takes time: a 500-contact bulk run can take 20+ minutes.
  • No mobile numbers on the Email Finder plans, and CRM enrichment is a separate plan with no public price.

What users say: Alex M., a sales rep and founder, titled a review "Fast, great enrichment & GDPR compliant - must have!" The reviewer runs it through the API and misses a trace of what it did there.

Pricing: Starter is €29 a month for 500 credits, and both Starter and Growth scale by credit tier up to 150,000. Yearly billing takes 20% off.

9. Skrapp

Skrapp G2 rating: 4.5/5 (356 reviews)

Skrapp's lead search with filters and an AI search box, as shown on its G2 listing. Skrapp's search lets you filter leads or describe them in plain words.

Skrapp is a LinkedIn-first email finder that works on LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Recruiter and company websites. It fits a small team whose prospecting lives in Sales Navigator, and enriched leads save straight back into your lists.

It bills Valid and Catch-all results, even though its own LinkedIn page says a catch-all address may not belong to a specific recipient. On catch-all-heavy markets, export Valid first and treat catch-alls as a smaller second send. The money involved is small, about $0.0145 a credit on Professional billed yearly.

Its automation, auto-connect on Professional and one-click auto-follow in the extension, runs on your reps' own LinkedIn accounts, so every action shows up under their names.

Best for: Small IT services companies prospecting from LinkedIn

Key features

  • LinkedIn and Sales Navigator integration: find verified business emails from any LinkedIn profile, including in Sales Navigator and Recruiter.
  • Auto-save to Sales Navigator lists: enriched leads go back into your lists, with no manual exports.
  • Built-in email verifier: check any single address for one credit.

Pros

  • Credits survive a cancellation, which suits teams that prospect in seasons.
  • Invalid and unknown results cost nothing.

Cons

  • Catch-alls are billed as deliverable.
  • No API below Enterprise, and Professional stops at 2 users.
  • Partial months aren't refunded.

What users say: Kulsum S., a research analyst, builds lists straight from LinkedIn: "The LinkedIn integration is especially useful, it allows me to extract prospects directly and build targeted lists quickly." Bulk searches and verifications eat credits fast, the review adds.

Pricing: Professional costs $29 a month billed yearly ($39 monthly) for 2,000 credits and 2 users. Enterprise costs $262 a month billed yearly ($349 monthly) for 50,000 credits and 15 users.

10. Voila Norbert

Voila Norbert G2 rating: 4.6/5 (93 reviews)

Voila Norbert's name and domain search box above a list of found contacts, as shown on its G2 listing. Voila Norbert asks for a name and a domain, then returns an email.

Voila Norbert is a name-and-domain email finder that charges for successful finds only. It's the simplest tool here for occasional lookups, and the whole team shares one plan. Every row needs a name and a domain, so a list of LinkedIn URLs or bare company names means prep work first.

When a mail server blocks the check, you get an orange dot and a certainty score instead of a clean verdict, and the send decision is yours. Bounced credits come back if you ask support. Verifying a list you bring costs $0.003 per email with a $2 minimum, so cleaning 5,000 addresses costs $15.

Best for: Small marketing agencies doing one-off lookups

Key features

  • Name and domain search, plus bulk uploads: one box for single lookups, or upload a CSV for bulk.
  • API on every prospecting plan: plug lookups into your own tools without an add-on.
  • Certainty scores: every found email shows how sure the tool is.

Pros

  • You see the confidence behind each email before you send it.
  • Plans are sized in leads a month (1,000 on Valet), so the bill is easy to forecast.

Cons

  • Every plan card lists credit rollover, but the FAQ ties rollover to annual plans. On monthly billing, ask before banking credits.
  • No native CRM integration; sync runs through Zapier or the API.

What users say: Ramon Antonio M., a founder, values that "every email comes with a verification score so you know how confident the system is in the result." Needing both a full name and a domain is the biggest pain point.

Pricing: Valet costs $49 a month ($39 billed yearly) for up to 1,000 leads, and Butler $99 ($79) for 5,000. New accounts get 50 free credits, once.

Why does the same email finder work on one list and fail on another?

The same email finder works on one list and fails on another because every database is strong in some places and thin in others, and your list decides which part you hit, down to its share of catch-all domains.

The operators I trust on this ask a different question than the homepage does. Thibault Garcia, who runs the cold email agency Reachly, tested 10 finders on 300 prospects and boiled it down to "How much am I paying for 1,000 emails I can actually use?"

Christian, founder of Pipeline.tech, tells teams to "Run 3 to 4 email finders in a row", verify everything with MillionVerifier, then re-check catch-alls with BounceBan. That's a waterfall built by hand, which is the work we built FullEnrich to do for you.

A test to run before you pay

Take 50 contacts whose emails you know are correct, such as customers or people you emailed this quarter. Fifty fits most free tiers. Run them through two finders and count four things:

  1. Found: how many of the 50 come back with an email.
  2. Wrong: how many differ from the address you know.
  3. Label split: how many are valid, catch-all or unknown. Verified-only tools like Findymail and Prospeo give no split, so count their finds as valid.
  4. Credits charged: what each tool actually billed.

Cost per sendable email = credits charged times price per credit, divided by emails labelled valid.

Say both tools cost $0.05 a credit. Tool A finds and charges 40, and 30 come back valid: about $0.067 per sendable email. Tool B finds and charges 33, and 31 come back valid: about $0.053. The tool that found less is cheaper per email you can send.

If a tool gets more than a handful wrong on people you already know, expect worse on the rest of your list.

You can run the same 50 through FullEnrich on its free trial, or let Claude run it with our MCP prospecting template.

How do you choose the right email finder for your list?

Choose by the list you have:

Any list where bounces cost you. Start with FullEnrich. Twenty-plus sources per contact cover the gaps one database leaves, especially outside the US. Our email enrichment tools roundup covers the wider field.

A list of company domains. Hunter or Anymail Finder return many emails per credit.

Agency cold email for clients. Findymail returns verified emails ready for your sequencer. If you want the finder and sequences on one bill, Snov.io bundles both.

LinkedIn and Sales Navigator lists. Skrapp works from the profile you're viewing, and Prospeo suits reps who build lists from filters first. Pulling addresses from websites is a different job, covered in our email scraper guide.

EU lists under legal review. Dropcontact stores no contact database and re-credits misses.

Already in Apollo, or barely prospecting. Stay in Apollo if your team lives there. For a few lookups a month, Voila Norbert or Hunter's free plan is enough. For the wider data market, see our B2B data vendors list.

One database won't find everyone

Every finder here is limited by the sources behind it. FullEnrich runs each contact through 20+ of them and verifies the email before you pay, which is why it finds more of the people other providers miss.

Already paying for another data provider? On Enterprise, you can bring your own API keys and put that provider anywhere in the order, with FullEnrich's providers as the automatic fallback.

If you want one tool that also writes and sends your sequences, FullEnrich isn't it. It hands verified contacts to the tool you send from.

Which email finder tool is the most accurate?

FullEnrich is the most accurate email finder on this list for most teams, because it checks each contact against 20+ providers and verifies every email before returning it, labelled valid, probably valid or catch-all. Single-database tools can be just as good in their home market and thin outside it. The 50-contact test shows which one wins on your own list.

What is a catch-all email, and should you send to it?

A catch-all email sits on a domain that accepts mail for any address, so a plain SMTP check can't confirm the mailbox exists. Send to catch-alls only after your valid addresses, and in small numbers. Hunter's guide suggests keeping them to 2-5% of a campaign. LinkedIn or a phone call can reach the rest.

Do you still need an email verifier after an email finder?

Yes, if the finder returns unverified or unknown results. A finder that verifies every email before delivery needs a second pass mainly for catch-all addresses. Some teams still run a verifier such as MillionVerifier, ZeroBounce or BounceBan before high-volume sends.

What is the best free email finder?

Prospeo's free plan gives the most monthly credits (100), and FullEnrich's 50-credit trial needs no card and checks each contact against 20+ providers. Hunter gives 50 credits a month, Snov.io a renewing 50-credit trial, Skrapp and Voila Norbert 50 each, Findymail 10, and Apollo has a free plan.

Does FullEnrich find personal emails and mobile numbers?

Yes, FullEnrich finds personal emails and mobile numbers as well as work emails. A verified mobile costs 10 credits, and landlines are never charged. Personal emails cost 3 credits each; recruiters use them, but for cold B2B outreach, stick to work emails. Work emails stay at 1 credit, and a miss costs nothing.
